1. General We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. As our jewelry is handcrafted, slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

4. Orders We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud.

5. Shipping Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

6. Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items only. Used items cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. Please contact us before returning any product.
