Return & Exchange Policy

At SOLA, every piece is thoughtfully designed to become part of your everyday rhythm. We carefully describe each item, including its exact measurements in centimeters, so you can make an informed choice before purchasing.

If you have any questions before placing an order, we are always happy to assist.

Standard Sizes

All SOLA jewelry pieces are produced in carefully defined standard sizes, clearly stated in centimeters in each product description.

Because our pieces are made in fixed standard dimensions:

  • We do not offer size adjustments
  • We do not offer size exchanges
  • We do not offer custom sizing

We kindly encourage customers to review all measurements carefully before completing their purchase.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of jewelry products and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Items that have been worn
  • Minor natural variations in stones or pearls

All sales are considered final unless the item has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Defective items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the defect. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will carefully review the case and offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair of the item
  • Replacement with a new piece (if available)

If a replacement is available in stock, we will prioritize sending a new item so you do not have to wait for repairs.

This policy applies only to manufacturing defects. Damage caused by normal wear, accidental impact, improper storage, exposure to water, humidity, perfume, or chemicals is not considered a defect.

Stone or Pearl Loss After Wear

If a stone or pearl becomes loose or detached after wearing, we are happy to assist with repair.

We do not charge labor fees. Customers may only be responsible for:

  • The cost of the missing component
  • Shipping costs

If the total expense is minimal, we may waive additional charges at our discretion.

Product Care & Durability

Each piece is crafted from 925 sterling silver and finished with either:

  • Rhodium plating for lasting brilliance
  • Thick vermeil gold for rich color and durability

Proper care helps preserve its original beauty.

We recommend:

  • Storing jewelry in a dry place
  • Avoiding contact with perfume, lotion, and chemicals
  • Removing jewelry before swimming or showering
