Payments are processed at the time of order placement using available payment methods at checkout.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs procedures.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances. 

6. Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. 

7. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery only in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Due to hygiene considerations, used items cannot be returned.
